prompts Bidders to make offers against each other.
THE OFFER The highest Bidders immediately place a deposit in escrow and execute
a Contract, which is then submitted for your approval.
POST AUCTION
An all cash no contingency closing takes place in thirty days or
less.
ADVERTISING
High profile campaigns prompt Buyers to action. Exciting high impact
color mailing pieces, radio, television, print media, on site signage
and World Wide Web exposure. Mailing lists target the appropriate buyer
profile. Due Diligence Packages are distributed to all potential buyers.
CONTRACT TERMS
Sellers guarantee clear title. There are no other requirements of the
Seller. The high bidder deposits a non-refundable deposit. Closing is
in thirty days.
BUYERS PREMIUM
A Buyers Premium is applied to the High Bid to determine the Total Purchase
Price paid to the Seller. It is a surcharge paid by the Buyer to defray
the costs of the auction.
COMMISSIONS
The Auction Company receives percentage of the High Bid.
