  • CONTRACT TERMS
    Sellers guarantee clear title. There are no other requirements of the Seller. The high bidder deposits a non-refundable deposit. Closing is in thirty days.
  • BUYERS PREMIUM
    A Buyers Premium is applied to the High Bid to determine the Total Purchase Price paid to the Seller. It is a surcharge paid by the Buyer to defray the costs of the auction.
  • COMMISSIONS
